كِتَاب الْخُصُومَاتِ
The Book of Quarrels

بَابُ مَا يُذْكَرُ فِي الإِشْخَاصِ وَالْخُصُومَةِ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالْيَهُودِ:
Chapter. What is mentiones about the people, and quarrels between Jews and the Muslims.
2 بَابُ مَنْ رَدَّ أَمْرَ السَّفِيهِ وَالضَّعِيفِ الْعَقْلِ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ حَجَرَ عَلَيْهِ الإِمَامُ:Chapter. Whoever cancelled the deals done by a weak-minded or an extravagant person even if the ruler had not assumed control over his wealth.
3 بَابُ مَنْ بَاعَ عَلَى الضَّعِيفِ وَنَحْوِهِ:Chapter. If somebody sells a thing for a weak-minded person and pays him the price.
4 بَابُ كَلاَمِ الْخُصُومِ بَعْضِهِمْ فِي بَعْضٍ:Chapter. The talk of opponents against each other.
5 بَابُ إِخْرَاجِ أَهْلِ الْمَعَاصِي وَالْخُصُومِ مِنَ الْبُيُوتِ بَعْدَ الْمَعْرِفَةِ:Chapter. Turning out the sinners and the quarrel some people of the houses after the impropriety of their behaviour gets evident.
6 بَابُ دَعْوَى الْوَصِيِّ لِلْمَيِّتِ:Chapter. To file a case for fulfilling the will of the deceased.
7 بَابُ التَّوَثُّقِ مِمَّنْ تُخْشَى مَعَرَّتُهُ:Chapter. Trying the person liable to do mischievous things.
8 بَابُ الرَّبْطِ وَالْحَبْسِ فِي الْحَرَمِ:Chapter. Fastening and imprisoning in the Haram.
9 بَابُ الْمُلاَزَمَةِ:Chapter. ( The creditor’s) pursuit (after his debtors).
10 بَابُ التَّقَاضِي:Chapter. Demanding one’s debts.
