Chapter. The Statement of Allah: “... And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then belive." (V.21:30) And His Statement; "Then tell me about the water that you drink. Is it you who cause it from the rainclouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down? If We willed, We verily could made it salt (and undrinkable), why then do you not given thanks (to Allah)? " (V.56:68-70)

Hadith 2351
And ‘Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Is there anyone who will purchase the well of Rumah (a famous well in Madinah) and let his bucket be placed in it like other Muslims?” (That is, to dedicate it as a waqf.) So ‘Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him) bought it.
Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d: A tumbler (full of milk or water) was brought to the Prophet who drank from it, while on his right side there was sitting a boy who was the youngest of those who were present and on his left side there were old men. The Prophet asked, "O boy, will you allow me to give it (i.e. the rest of the drink) to the old men?" The boy said, "O Allah's Apostle! I will not give preference to anyone over me to drink the rest of it from which you have drunk." So, the Prophet gave it to him.
And the statement of Allah, the Exalted «أفرأيتم الماء الذي تشربون أأنتم أنزلتموه من المزن أم نحن المنزلون لو نشاء جعلناه أجاجا فلولا تشكرون»: "Have you seen the water which you drink? Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or are We the bringer? If We willed, We could make it salty; then why are you not grateful?" (In the verse of the Noble Qur'an) "salty" means brackish water, and «مزن» refers to the cloud.
