3 hadith
Hadith 2285
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: "Allah's Apostle gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews to work on and cultivate and take half of its yield. Ibn `Umar added, "The land used to be rented for a certain portion (of its yield)." Nafi` mentioned the amount of the portion but I forgot it.
And Ibn Sirin said that the people of the land cannot evict the lessee (or his heirs) before the completion of the term. And Hakam, Hasan, and Iyas bin Mu'awiyah said that the lease remains until the end of its term. And Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave the lease of Khaybar to the Jews on the basis of half of the produce. Then this same contract remained during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), and at the beginning of the caliphate of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) as well. And nowhere is it mentioned that Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) made a new contract after the death of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
