1 بَابُ الْمُحْصَرِ وَجَزَاءِ الصَّيْدِ:

Chapter.

1 hadith (Q1806 — Q1806)

2 بَابُ إِذَا أُحْصِرَ الْمُعْتَمِرُ:

(1b) Chapter. If one, intending to perform Umra, is prevented from performing it.

4 hadith (1806 — 1809)

3 بَابُ الإِحْصَارِ فِي الْحَجِّ:

Chapter. One who is prevented from performing the Hajj.

4 بَابُ النَّحْرِ قَبْلَ الْحَلْقِ فِي الْحَصْرِ:

Chapter. The slaughtering (of Hady) before shaving the head (in case) one is prevented from performing (Hajj or Umra).

2 hadith (1811 — 1812)

5 بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْصَرِ بَدَلٌ:

Chapter. Whoever said that the Muhsar is not supposed to perform Umm or Hajj in lieu of the prevented one.

2 hadith (1813 — Q1813)

6 بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ} وَهُوَ مُخَيَّرٌ، فَأَمَّا الصَّوْمُ فَثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ:

Chapter. The statement of Allah: "… And whosoever of you is ill or has an ailment in his scalp, (necessitating shaving), he must pay a Fidya (ransom), of either observing Saum (fasts) (three days), or giving Sadaqa (charity - feeding six poor persons), or offer sacrifice (one sheep)...” (V.2:196)

2 hadith (1814 — Q1814)

7 بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ} وَهْيَ إِطْعَامُ سِتَّةِ مَسَاكِينَ:

Chapter. The saying of Allah: "... Or giving Sadaqa …" (V.2:196) Here Sadaqa is in the form of feeding six poor person.

8 بَابُ الإِطْعَامُ فِي الْفِدْيَةِ نِصْفُ صَاعٍ:

Chapter. The Fidya (compensation for a missed or wrongly practised religious ceremony) in the form of feeding (six person) each with one half a Sa (of food).

1 hadith (1816 — 1816)

9 بَابُ النُّسُكُ شَاةٌ:

Chapter. The Nusuk (offering) is one sheep.

2 hadith (1817 — 1818)

10 بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {فَلاَ رَفَثَ} :

Chapter. The statement of Allah: “… Then he should not have sexual relations (with his wife) …" (V.2:197)

1 hadith (1819 — 1819)

11 بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: {وَلاَ فُسُوقَ وَلاَ جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ} :

Chapter. The statement of Allah: “... nor commit sin nor dispute unjustly during Hajj …" (V.2:197)
