Chapter. The use of perfume while assuming Ihram. What to wear when one intends to assume Ihram. May one comb and put oil one’s hair?

19 بَابُ مَنْ أَهَلَّ مُلَبِّدًا:

Chapter. Whosoever recited Talbiya and assumed Ihram with head-hair matted (with resin or the like).

Chapter. To recite Talbiya and assume Ihram at the mosque of Dhul-Hulaifa (by the inhabitants of Al-Madina who want to perform Hajj or Umra).

Chapter. Whoever assumed Ihram with the same intention as that of the Prophet ﷺ (for Hajj and Umra) in the lifetime of the Prophet ﷺ (without being objected by the Prophet ﷺ).

33 بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {الْحَجُّ أَشْهُرٌ مَعْلُومَاتٌ فَمَنْ فَرَضَ فِيهِنَّ الْحَجَّ فَلاَ رَفَثَ وَلاَ فُسُوقَ وَلاَ جِدَالَ فِي الْحَجِّ} :

Chapter. The Statement of Allah:

34 بَابُ التَّمَتُّعِ وَالإِقْرَانِ وَالإِفْرَادِ بِالْحَجِّ، وَفَسْخِ الْحَجِّ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ:

Chapter.What is said regarding Hajj-at-Tamattu, Hajj-al-Qiran and Hajj-al-Ifrad. And whoever has not brought the Hady with him, he should finish the Ihram of Hajj, and make it as Umra, ( and then assume another Ihram for Hajj form Makkah, etc.).

Chapter. Talbiya for Hajj and the mention of the intention of performing Hajj along with Talbiya.

Chapter. Whoever performed Tawaf of the Kabah on reaching Makkah before going to his house then offered two Raka and then went towards As-Safa.

Chapter. Whoever saw a string or something like that during the Tawaf and disliked it and cut it.

67 بَابُ لاَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ عُرْيَانٌ وَلاَ يَحُجُّ مُشْرِكٌ:

Chapter. It is neither permissible for a naked person to perform Tawaf of the Kabah nor for a Mushrik [polytheist, pagan, idolater, and disbeliever in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger Muhammad ﷺ ] to perform Hajj.

68 بَابُ إِذَا وَقَفَ فِي الطَّوَافِ:

Chapter. If one stops during the Tawaf (should he start from the beginning?).

Chapter. The Prophet ﷺ offered a two Raka prayer after his seven round (of Tawaf of the Kabah).

70 بَابُ مَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَبِ الْكَعْبَةَ، وَلَمْ يَطُفْ حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ إِلَى عَرَفَةَ، وَيَرْجِعَ بَعْدَ الطَّوَافِ الأَوَّلِ:

Chapter. Whoever did not go near the Kabah and did not perform Tawaf of the Kabah after the first Tawaf performed on entering Makkah to till he proceeded to Arafat and returned.

Chapter. Whoever offered two Raka prayer of Tawaf outside the mosque.

Chapter. Whoever offered the two Raka (prayer) of Tawaf behind Maqam-Ibrahim (place of Abraham).

81 بَابُ تَقْضِي الْحَائِضُ الْمَنَاسِكَ كُلَّهَا إِلاَّ الطَّوَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ، وَإِذَا سَعَى عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ:

Chapter. A menstruating woman can perform all the ceremonies of Hajj except Tawaf of the Kabah. (What is said) regarding the performance of Tawaf [Sa’y (going)] between As-Safa and Al-Marwa without ablution?

82 بَابُ الإِهْلاَلِ مِنَ الْبَطْحَاءِ، وَغَيْرِهَا لِلْمَكِّيِّ وَلِلْحَاجِّ إِذَا خَرَجَ إِلَى مِنًى:

Chapter. Assuming Ihram from Al-Batha and other places by those living in Makkah and by the pilgrims on departing for Mina.

Chapter. One’s speed while one is departing from Arafat.

Chapter. The order of the Prophet ﷺ that people should be calm and patient on proceeding (from Arafat) and the waving of his lash towards them.

Chapter. The offering of two Salat (prayer) together at Al-Muzdalifa.

Chapter. Whoever combined (offered together) the two prayer (Maghrib and Isha prayer) at one time and did not offer any optional prayer.

98 بَابُ مَنْ أَذَّنَ وَأَقَامَ لِكُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا:

Chapter. Whoever pronounced (one) Adhan (for both) and Iqama for each of them (the Maghrib and the Isha prayer).

99 بَابُ مَنْ قَدَّمَ ضَعَفَةَ أَهْلِهِ بِلَيْلٍ، فَيَقِفُونَ بِالْمُزْدَلِفَةِ وَيَدْعُونَ وَيُقَدِّمُ إِذَا غَابَ الْقَمَرُ:

Chapter. Whosoever sent the weak amongst his family (women and children) early (from Al-Muzdalifa to Mina) at night after the moon had set. They stayed at Al-Muzdalifa and invoked Allah there and proceeded from there when the moon had set.

100 بَابُ مَنْ يُصَلِّي الْفَجْرَ بِجَمْعٍ:

Chapter. At what time is the Fajr prayer to be offered at Jam (i.e., Al-Muzdalifa)?

Chapter. The recitation of Talbiya and Takbir in the morning of the day of Nahr till the Ramy of Jamarat-al-Aqaba and riding behind somebody else on a riding animal.

103 بَابُ: {فَمَنْ تَمَتَّعَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ فَمَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌ كَامِلَةٌ ذَلِكَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَهْلُهُ حَاضِرِي الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ} :

Chapter. "... And whosoever perfoms the Umra in the months of Hajj before the Hajj..."

124 بَابُ: {وَإِذْ بَوَّأْنَا لإِبْرَاهِيمَ مَكَانَ الْبَيْتِ أَنْ لاَ تُشْرِكْ بِي شَيْئًا وَطَهِّرْ بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْقَائِمِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ وَأَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ بِالْحَجِّ يَأْتُوكَ رِجَالاً وَعَلَى كُلِّ ضَامِرٍ يَأْتِينَ مِنْ كُلِّ فَجٍّ عَمِيقٍ لِيَشْهَدُوا مَنَافِعَ لَهُمْ وَيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ فِي أَيَّامٍ مَعْلُومَاتٍ عَلَى مَا رَزَقَهُمْ مِنْ بَهِيمَةِ الأَنْعَامِ فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْبَائِسَ الْفَقِيرَ ثُمَّ لْيَقْضُوا تَفَثَهُمْ وَلْيُوفُوا نُذُورَهُمْ وَلْيَطَّوَّفُوا بِالْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ ذَلِكَ وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ حُرُمَاتِ اللَّهِ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِ} :

Chapter. "... sanctify My House for those who circumambulate it..."

Chapter. If one did the Ramy of the Jamra after Maghrib (evening) or has his head shaved before slaughtering the Hady because of forgetfulness or ignorance.

Chapter. To give religious verdicts near the Jamra while riding an animal.
