كتاب الزكاةThe Book of Zakat
بَابُ الْبَيْعَةِ عَلَى إِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ:
Chapter. To give Baiah (pledge) for paying Zakat.
Hadith 1401
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ , قَالَ : قَالَ جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ : " بَايَعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ ، وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ " .
Narrated Jarir bin `Abdullah: I gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet for offering prayer perfectly, giving Zakat, and giving good advice to every Muslim.
{فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ}.
And Allah the Exalted said: «فإن تابوا وأقاموا الصلاة وآتوا الزكاة فإخوانكم في الدين» If they (the disbelievers and polytheists) repent, establish prayer, and give zakat, then they are your brothers in religion.
Hadith 1401
{فَإِنْ تَابُوا وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَوُا الزَّكَاةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ}.
And Allah the Exalted said: «فإن تابوا وأقاموا الصلاة وآتوا الزكاة فإخوانكم في الدين» If they (the disbelievers and polytheists) repent, establish prayer, and give zakat, then they are your brothers in religion.
