كتاب سجود القرآنThe Book of Prostration During The Recitation of The Quran.
بَابُ سُجُودِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ:
Chapter. The prostration of Muslims along with Al-Mushrikun; and a Mushrik is Najasun (impure) and does not perform ablution;
Hadith 1071
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَجَدَ بِالنَّجْمِ وَسَجَدَ مَعَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ وَالْمُشْرِكُونَ وَالْجِنُّ وَالْإِنْسُ " ، وَرَوَاهُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ .
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet I prostrated while reciting An-Najm and with him prostrated the Muslims, the pagans, the jinns, and all human beings.
وَالْمُشْرِكُ نَجَسٌ لَيْسَ لَهُ وُضُوءٌ. وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَسْجُدُ عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ.
Although the polytheist is impure (so how could he have ablution), and Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to prostrate without ablution.
Hadith 1071
وَالْمُشْرِكُ نَجَسٌ لَيْسَ لَهُ وُضُوءٌ. وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا يَسْجُدُ عَلَى غَيْرِ وُضُوءٍ.
