1 بَابُ الصَّلاَةِ فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ:

Chapter. As-Salat (the prayer) during a solar eclipse.

2 بَابُ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. To give Sadaqa (things or money given in charity) during the eclipse.

3 بَابُ النِّدَاءِ بِالصَّلاَةُ جَامِعَةٌ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. Making a loud announcement of As-Salat (the prayer) in congregation for eclipse.

4 بَابُ خُطْبَةِ الإِمَامِ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. A Khutba (delivered) by the Imam on the eclipse.

5 بَابُ هَلْ يَقُولُ كَسَفَتِ الشَّمْسُ أَوْ خَسَفَتْ :

Chapter. Should one say: The sun Kasafat or Khasafat? (Two verbs used to mean "eclipse", the first is often used for the sun and the second for the moon). Allah says: "And the moon Khasafat (eclipsed)." (V. 75:8)

6 بَابُ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يُخَوِّفُ اللَّهُ عِبَادَهُ بِالْكُسُوفِ»:

Chapter. The statement of the Prophet ﷺ: “Allah frightens Ibadahu (His devotees or slaves) with Kusuf (eclipse).”

7 بَابُ التَّعَوُّذِ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. To seek refuge with Allah from the torment in the grave during eclipse.

8 بَابُ طُولِ السُّجُودِ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. To prolong the prostrations in the eclipse Salat (prayer).

9 بَابُ صَلاَةِ الْكُسُوفِ جَمَاعَةً:

Chapter. To offer the eclipse Salat (prayer) in congregation.

10 بَابُ صَلاَةِ النِّسَاءِ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. The offering of the Eclipse Salat (prayer) by women along with men.

11 بَابُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ الْعَتَاقَةَ فِي كُسُوفِ الشَّمْسِ:

Chapter. Whoever loved manumission (of slaves) during the solar eclipses.

Chapter. To offer the eclipse Salat (prayer) in the mosque.

13 بَابُ لاَ تَنْكَسِفُ الشَّمْسُ لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلاَ لِحَيَاتِهِ:

Chapter. The solar eclipse does not occur because of someone’s death or life.

14 بَابُ الذِّكْرِ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. To remember Allah during the eclipse.

15 بَابُ الدُّعَاءِ فِي الْخُسُوفِ:

Chapter. Invocation during the eclipse.

16 بَابُ قَوْلِ الإِمَامِ فِي خُطْبَةِ الْكُسُوفِ أَمَّا بَعْدُ:

Chapter. The saying of Imam Amma ba‘du (then after), during the Khutba of the eclipse.

17 بَابُ الصَّلاَةِ فِي كُسُوفِ الْقَمَرِ:

Chapter. The prayer of the lunar eclipse.

18 بَابُ الرَّكْعَةُ الأُولَى فِي الْكُسُوفِ أَطْوَلُ:

Chapter. The ﬁrst Raka of the eclipse prayer is longer (than the second).

19 بَابُ الْجَهْرِ بِالْقِرَاءَةِ فِي الْكُسُوفِ:

Chapter. To recite (the Quran) aloud in the eclipse Salat (prayer).
