كتاب العيدينThe Book of The Two Eid (Prayers and Festivals).
بَابُ مَنْ خَالَفَ الطَّرِيقَ إِذَا رَجَعَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ:
Chapter. Whoever returned (after offering the Eid prayer) on the day of Eid through a way different from that by which he went.
Hadith 986
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ يَحْيَى بْنُ وَاضِحٍ ، عَنْ فُلَيْحِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ عِيدٍ خَالَفَ الطَّرِيقَ " ، تَابَعَهُ يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ فُلَيْحٍ ، وَقَال مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ ، عَن فُلَيْحٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أبِي هُرَيْرَةَ وَحَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ أَصَحُّ .
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: On the Day of `Id the Prophet used to return (after offering the `Id prayer) through a way different from that by which he went.
