Hadith Commentary:
From the next hadith and this hadith, Imam Bukhari derived that the words of the Qur'an that come from our mouths are the uncreated words of the Qur'an, but our action is created.
Imam Bukhari stated that whoever attributes to me the statement "my verbalization of the Qur'an is created" is a liar; I did not say this. Rather, I only said that our actions are created, and nothing more.
The Noble Qur'an is His (Allah's) uncreated speech; this is the creed of the righteous predecessors (salaf salihin), the Ahl al-Hadith, and this is also the position of Imam Bukhari.

Hadith Commentary:
➊
The aforementioned hadiths have been narrated with different wordings.
The addition at the end of the narration regarding reciting aloud is the statement of the hadith narrator Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Taymi.
(Fath al-Bari: 13/625)
The warning mentioned in the hadith does not mean that such a person is outside the fold of Islam; rather, the one who does not recite the Qur’an with a beautiful voice is not upon the way of the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, because the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam used to recite the Qur’an melodiously and aloud.
➋
Imam al-Bukhari rahimahullah has established from this hadith that the words of the Qur’an that come from our mouths are uncreated, but the movement of our tongues and the articulation of these words is our action, and this action is created.
In other words, Imam al-Bukhari rahimahullah has clarified the distinction between recitation (tilawah) and the recited (matluw): that reciting the Qur’anic words in a beautiful manner and pronouncing them aloud is our action, which is created by Allah Ta’ala; we are not its creators.
