Hadith Commentary:
From this hadith, Imam Bukhari rahimahullah established that Allah's speech is not only intrinsic (nafsī) and eternal (qadīm), but rather, He continues to speak from time to time.
Thus, in order to give glad tidings to Khadijah radi Allahu anha, He spoke.

Hadith Commentary:
➊
In other narrations, the reason for the jealousy of Aisha radi Allahu anha has been mentioned: the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would often mention Khadijah radi Allahu anha in the house, and sometimes he sallallahu alayhi wa sallam would slaughter a goat and then send a considerable amount of meat to her friends.
(Sahih al-Bukhari, Manaqib al-Ansar, Hadith: 3816)
➋
From this hadith, Imam Bukhari rahimahullah has established that the speech of Allah is not intrinsic (nafsī) but rather consists of letters and sound, and it is not eternal only, but He speaks whenever He wills, from time to time. Thus, Allah spoke in order to give glad tidings to Khadijah radi Allahu anha.
In this hadith, the word "amr" (command) has appeared, and a command is from speech.
The scholars have written that whoever denies speech for Allah has, in effect, denied messengership, because messengership consists of commands and prohibitions.
