Narrated Zaid bin Thabit: Abu Bakr sent for me, so I collected the Qur'an till I found the last part of Surat-at-Tauba with Abi Khuza`ima Al-Ansari and did not find it with anybody else. (The Verses are): -- 'Verily, there has come to you an Apostle (Muhammad) from amongst yourselves..(till the end of Surat Bara'a) (i.e., at- Tauba).' (9.128-129) Yunus also narrated as above.

Hadith Commentary:

In some narrations, two verses from Surah At-Tawbah are mentioned.
They are as follows:
(LAQAD JAA’AKUM RASOOLUN MIN ANFUSIKUM ‘AZEEZUN ‘ALAYHI MA ‘ANITTUM HAREESUN ‘ALAYKUM BIL-MU’MINEENA RA’OOFUR RAHEEM (128)
FA IN TAWALLAW FA QUL HASBIYALLAHU LA ILAHA ILLA HUWA ‘ALAYHI TAWAKKALTU WA HUWA RABBUL ‘ARSHIL ‘AZEEM) (At-Tawbah: 128-129.
Sahih al-Bukhari, Tafsir, Hadith: 4679)
That is, if these people do not value your personality, which is extremely compassionate and well-wishing, then ignore them.
In such circumstances, Allah Ta’ala is your Helper; rely upon Him, Who is the Owner of every single thing in the universe, even the Mighty Throne (‘Arsh al-‘Azim).

Imam al-Bukhari rahimahullah has established the chapter heading from the last part of the verse, in which the greatness of the Throne (‘Arsh) is mentioned. Allah Ta’ala has mentioned several attributes of His Throne.
At this place, its greatness and vastness are described:
That it is very vast and wide; in the universe, it is the greatest of all creation, encompassing all creatures.
In another place, it is said:
His Throne is Noble (Kareem).
The statement of Allah Ta’ala is:
(FA TA’ALALLAHU AL-MALIKUL-HAQQ LA ILAHA ILLA HUWA RABBUL-‘ARSHIL-KAREEM) (Al-Mu’minun: 116)
“Allah Ta’ala is Most Exalted, the True King; there is no deity except Him.
He is the Owner of the Noble Throne.”

In the Noble Qur’an, its beauty and its elegance and splendor are described.
In the universe, the most beautiful is the Throne (‘Arsh) of Allah Ta’ala.
The verse of Surah Al-Buruj (DHUL-‘ARSHIL-MAJEED)
according to the well-known recitation, is translated as:
“The Owner of the Throne, the Most Glorious.”
Whereas, in another recitation (DHUL-‘ARSHIL-MAJEED),
according to this recitation, the meaning is that the Throne of Allah Ta’ala is Majestic (Majeed).
(Al-Buruj: 85:15)
That is, that Throne is of great grandeur and magnificence.
Despite these apparent and hidden attributes, it is in need of Allah Ta’ala, since among the creation it is the closest to Allah Ta’ala, and even the place of Allah’s istiwa’ (establishment), therefore Allah Ta’ala has attributed it to Himself. Although Allah Ta’ala is the Lord of everything in the universe, due to the greatness and vastness of the Throne, it has a special attribution to Allah Ta’ala.
The Owner of the Throne means the Owner of the entire universe, because His Throne encompasses the whole universe.
