And Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Among the first signs of the Hour is a fire that will drive the people from the East to the West."
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established till a fire will come out of the land of Hijaz, and it will throw light on the necks of the camels at Busra."

Hadith Commentary: 1. Allamah Qurtubi rahimahullah has written that the fire mentioned in the hadith has already appeared. In the year 654 Hijri, a fire emerged from the land of Hijaz, which began with an earthquake. The flames of this fire rose high, and then it extinguished by itself. 2. Some people think that this is the same fire which will drive people to the Gathering (Hashr), but nothing in the hadith proves that this is the fire of the Gathering. Rather, what is meant is that it is a sign of the Hour (Qiyamah), and the fire which will drive people forth will be immediately followed by the Hour, as is mentioned in other ahadith. Thus, it is narrated from Abu Hurairah radi Allahu anhu that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said: “People will be driven by a fire, and it will remain with them day and night.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Kitab al-Riqaq, Hadith: 6522) In any case, these are two different fires: One is a sign of the Hour, and the other will mark the beginning of the Hour. And Allah knows best.

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) went (into the house of) Duba'a bint Zubair and said to her: Did you intend to perform Hajj? She said: By Allah, (I intend to do so) but I often remain ill, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said to her: Perform Hajj but with condition, and say: O Allah, I shall be free from Ihram where you detain me. And she (Duba'a) was the wife of Miqdad.

Hadith Commentary: Benefits and Issues: This hadith establishes that a person entering the state of ihram for Hajj or Umrah may stipulate the condition that if he falls ill along the way, he will exit the state of ihram (ihram) at the place where he becomes ill. This is the view of Imam Shafi'i rahimahullah, Imam Ahmad rahimahullah, and the hadith scholars (muhaddithin). According to Imam Abu Hanifah rahimahullah and Imam Malik rahimahullah, making such a condition is not permissible. They argue that this concession was specific only to Hazrat Duba'ah radi Allahu anha, but there is no evidence for such a restriction. The denial by Allamah Saeedi of this hadith being present in Sahih al-Bukhari is not correct. This hadith is found in the Book of Marriage, under the chapter "Compatibility in Religion" (Kitab al-Nikah, Bab al-Akfa’ fi al-Din).
