Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "None of you should point out towards his Muslim brother with a weapon, for he does not know, Satan may tempt him to hit him and thus he would fall into a pit of fire (Hell)"

Hadith Commentary:
In this way, scholars of religion will pass away from the world, and those who remain will be completely immersed in earning worldly gains; they will have no interest whatsoever in religious knowledge.
In our era, these signs have already begun to appear.
Hundreds of thousands, even millions, of Muslims provide their children only with English (secular) education, keeping them entirely deprived of the Qur’an and Hadith, except for whom Allah wills.
The few religious scholars who remain will also not remain as the Day of Judgment approaches.
People will abandon the pursuit of religious knowledge, considering it utterly useless, because the righteous will be taken away before the Day of Judgment.
As Imam Muslim narrated from Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu anhu) that near the Day of Judgment, Allah, the Exalted, will send a wind from Yemen which will be softer than silk; as soon as it touches anyone who has even a mustard seed’s weight of faith in his heart, he will be taken away.
In another hadith, it is stated that the Day of Judgment will not be established as long as there is anyone on earth who says “Allah, Allah.”
Now, the objection will not arise that in one hadith it is mentioned that a group from my ummah will remain steadfast upon the truth until the Day of Judgment, and from this it would seem that the Day of Judgment will also occur upon the righteous. Because in that hadith, “until the Day of Judgment” means until the blowing of that wind, upon which every believer will die, and only the disbelievers will remain in the world; it is upon them that the Day of Judgment will occur (Qastalani).
