Narrated Az-Zuhri: Regarding the above narration, The Prophet said, "I do not know what Allah will do to him (Uthman bin Maz'un)." Hadith Commentary:
It is said that he left behind a righteous son named Sa'ib, who participated in the Battle of Badr, or it is meant that he used to stand guard at a post in the path of Allah. This righteous deed in the way of Allah will continue to increase until the Day of Judgment.

Hadith Commentary:
In this hadith, it is explicitly mentioned that after the death of Hazrat Umm al-'Ala radi Allahu anha, she saw a flowing spring for Hazrat Uthman bin Maz'un radi Allahu anhu in a dream, for which the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam interpreted that these are his righteous deeds that continue to flow even after his death.
From this, it is understood that a woman's dream can also be good and true.
The Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam himself considered this dream to be based on reality and interpreted it accordingly.
And Allah knows best.
