صحيح البخاري Sahih Bukhari كتاب الديات The Book of Ad-Diyait (Blood - Money) بَابُ جَنِينِ الْمَرْأَةِ: (25) Chapter. The foetus (that is inside the uterus) of a (pregnant) woman.

Hadith 6906

فَشَهِدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ ، أَنَّهُ شَهِدَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى بِهِ " .
Then Muhammad bin Maslama testified that he had witnessed the Prophet giving such a verdict.
