Narrated `Uqba bin Al-Harith: Once the Prophet offered the `Asr prayer and then he walked quickly and entered his house.

Hadith Commentary:
This entering the house was due to some necessity or need.
This hadith has already been mentioned above. People were surprised at your unusually quick walking; you explained that you had left a piece of gold in your house and you did not like for it to remain there, so you hastened your steps in order to distribute it. Dust be upon the faces of those opponents who accuse such a divinely guided, God-attained, noble Messenger of worldliness.

Hadith Commentary:
(1)
The fact that the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) entered the house quickly was due to a necessity.
Its details are found in another narration, where, when the noble Companions (radi Allahu anhum) were surprised at his unusually hurried walking, he explained that some gold had arrived at night in the house which had not yet been distributed, so he went home quickly in order to distribute it.
He said that he did not like for it to remain lying in the house in that state.
(Sahih al-Bukhari, al-Adhan, Hadith: 851)
From this hadith, it is understood that it is permissible for a scholar or a ruler to hurry for their necessary work, and in fact, to hasten in performing good deeds is superior. To walk quickly with unnecessary swagger is, socially, also considered blameworthy.
And Allah knows best.
