بَابُ مَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَالنِّكَاحِ الْفَاسِدِ:
(51) Chapter. What is said regarding the earnings of a prostitute and the illegal wedding.
Hadith 5348
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، " نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ كَسْبِ الْإِمَاءِ " .
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet forbade taking the earnings of a slave girl by prostitution.
