The Book of Divorce
بَابُ: {وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ} :
(44) Chapter. “And their husbands have the better right to take them (divorced ladies) back,” (V.2:228) during the period of the Idda.
Hadith 5330
حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : " زَوَّجَ مَعْقِلٌ أُخْتَهُ ، فَطَلَّقَهَا تَطْلِيقَةً " .
Narrated Al-Hasan: Ma'qil gave his sister in marriage and later her husband divorced her once.
