The Book of Divorce
بَابُ التَّفْرِيقِ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلاَعِنَيْنِ:
(34) Chapter. The separation (divorce) between those who are involved in a case of Lian.
Hadith 5314
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " لَاعَنَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَةٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا " .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet made an Ansari man and his wife carry out Lian, and then separated them by divorce.
