Narrated Anas bin Malik: regarding Allah's Statement: "Verily! We have granted you (O, Muhammad) Manifest victory." (48.1) It refers to the Al-Hudaibiya Pledge. And the companions of the Prophet said (to the Prophet), "Congratulations and happiness for you; but what reward shall we get?" So Allah revealed:-- "That He may admit the believing men and women to gardens beneath which rivers flow." (48.5)

Hadith Commentary:
1.
By "clear victory" (fath mubin) in the speech of Allah Almighty is meant the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, as has already been mentioned with reference to al-Bara’ ibn Azib (radi Allahu anhu), because this treaty proved to be a prelude to future conquests in the near term.
When the Muslims preached, people accepted Islam without any kind of compulsion.
As a result of the treaty, social interaction expanded.
At the beginning of these verses, the address is to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), so the noble Companions (radi Allahu anhum) asked: What is there for us as a result of this treaty? So Allah Almighty revealed the following verses, stating that for them are such gardens beneath which rivers flow.
2.
Although the forgiveness of sins (ghufran dhunub) is a particular distinction of the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam), in the benefits and fruits of the victory, all are included.
And Allah knows best.
