Hadith Commentary:
The prophecy regarding the abundance of wealth during the era of Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz rahimahullah was also fulfilled, as Allah made the Muslims so prosperous that there was no one left to accept zakat (obligatory charity).
Hafiz rahimahullah said that Hira was the capital of those Arab kings who were under the authority of Iran.

Hadith Commentary:

Kisra was the title of the king of Persia. His name was repeated a second time because in the heart of Adi radi Allahu anhu, the greatness of the king of Persia was immense; conquering such a superpower was not an easy task. Perhaps he thought another Kisra was intended, so he asked again for clarification. Thus, this prophecy of the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam was fulfilled during the caliphate of Umar radi Allahu anhu.
Adi bin Hatim radi Allahu anhu was among those armies that conquered Persia at that time and destroyed the fire temple that had been burning for a thousand years.

This was knowledge of the unseen, which is among the signs of prophethood.

Similarly, during the caliphate of Umar bin Abdul Aziz rahimahullah, there was an abundance of wealth and riches; Allah Almighty blessed the Muslims with so much wealth that there was no one left to accept zakat.

It should be noted that the city of Hira was near Kufa and was the capital of those Arab kings who were subordinate to Persia.

At the end, in order to establish the hearing (sama‘) of this hadith from Adi bin Hatim radi Allahu anhu by Mahal bin Khalifah, the second chain of narration for this hadith has been mentioned.
