Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "The Hour will not be established till you fight with the Khudh and the Kirman from among the non-Arabs. They will be of red faces, flat noses and small eyes; their faces will look like flat shields, and their shoes will be of hair."

Hadith Commentary:
➊
Khuz, Bilad Ahwaz, Tustar, and Kerman — these are all regions of Khurasan and the Indian Ocean, which are situated between Khurasan and Bahistan.
➋
There is a difficulty in this hadith, as the inhabitants of these regions do not possess the mentioned characteristics. However, it is possible that near the Day of Judgment, people with such characteristics may appear there. Furthermore, these characteristics belong to the Turkic people, who are not residents of these regions. The answer given is that the people possessing the aforementioned attributes will resemble the Turks in these characteristics, because it is possible for various types of people to share a single characteristic, even if their races are different.
It is also possible that two types of Turkic people are intended: one whose origin is in Khuz, and the other in Kerman.
In any case, the specification of these locations indicates that these are the characteristics of a people other than the Turks, because Khuz and Kerman are not regions of the Turkic peoples.
And Allah knows best.
