Hadith 3485
حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " بَيْنَمَا رَجُلٌ يَجُرُّ إِزَارَهُ مِنَ الْخُيَلَاءِ خُسِفَ بِهِ فَهُوَ يَتَجَلْجَلُ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ ، تَابَعَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ .
Narrated Ibn `Umar: The Prophet said, "While a man was walking, dragging his dress with pride, he was caused to be swallowed by the earth and will go on sinking in it till the Day of Resurrection."
