The Book of The Beginning of Creation
بَابُ خَيْرُ مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِ غَنَمٌ يَتْبَعُ بِهَا شَعَفَ الْجِبَالِ:
(15) Chapter. The best property of a Muslim will be sheep he takes to pasture on the tops of mountains.
Hadith 3313
فَحَدَّثَهُ أَبُو لُبَابَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ جِنَّانِ الْبُيُوتِ فَأَمْسَكَ عَنْهَا " .
But when Abu Lubaba informed him that the Prophet had forbidden the killing of snakes living in houses, he gave up killing them.
