Hadith Commentary:
By "the poor in Paradise" are meant those poor people who are monotheists (muwaḥḥid), adherents to the Sunnah, and strangers (gharīb) in society. These individuals will be admitted into Paradise many years before the pious wealthy. And in Hellfire, more women will be seen, who are ungrateful and prone to cursing, and who harbor jealousy and malice among themselves.

Hadith Commentary:
1.
In the hadith, the "poor" refers to monotheistic and Sunnah-following destitute individuals, who will be admitted into Paradise many years before the pious wealthy. The reason for this is that they did not have access to so much wealth in the world that would incline them toward evil deeds, because abundance of wealth becomes a means for sins. Moreover, the abundance of wealth hardens a person's heart, which prompts him toward oppression and injustice. On this basis, the indigent will remain protected from these impurities. As for the majority of women being in Hellfire, it is because they are generally prone to cursing and are ungrateful, and mutual envy and malice are their habits, which will be a cause for entering Hellfire. Besides this, it is often observed that women are quickly deceived by irreligious people, because their inclination toward adornment and beautification is greater. If they are called to pay attention to the Hereafter, they do not listen.
2.
The purpose of Imam Bukhari rahimahullah is to show that Paradise exists, for this is why the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam saw it. It is possible that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam witnessed this on the night of Mi'raj.

Hadith Commentary:
The majority of women being in Hell is at the time of their entry, and the reason for this is ingratitude and ungratefulness towards their husbands. Ultimately, through various intercessions, they will be taken out of Hell. Women should therefore review their conduct and not be negligent in fulfilling the rights of their husbands; rather, they should make serving and obeying them their guiding principle. And Allah is the One whose help is sought.
