Hadith Commentary:
1.
From these ahadith, it is understood that Islamic poetry or verses composed in defense of Islam may be recited in the mosque. It is also evident that initiating disputes with the disbelievers is not permissible; however, as a counteraction, their satire and condemnation may be responded to.
When Hasan (radi Allahu anhu) recited responsive verses, the polytheists of Makkah were left sweating.
One of the poetic verses of Hasan (radi Allahu anhu) is:
Lana fi kulli yawmin min Ma‘addika sabābun aw qitālun aw hijā’

Hadith Commentary:
From these ahadith, it is established that speaking in prose or poetry in support of Islam and in condemnation of disbelief, as well as writing books and articles on this subject, is indeed a cause of the pleasure of Allah and His Messenger.

Furthermore, those so-called Muslims who show disrespect and belittlement towards the Qur’an and Hadith—as the group of deniers of hadith (munkireen-e-hadith) does nowadays—it is necessary to respond to them and to condemn them.

Likewise, those evil scholars (ulama-e-soo’) who have expended all their jurisprudential effort in distorting Islamic law, introducing them properly and informing Muslims of their falsehood also falls under this category. As an example of this, it is sufficient to present the noble statement of the reviver of Islam, the teacher of India, Hazrat Mawlana Shah Waliullah Muhaddith Dehlawi rahimahullah.

The late Hazrat, in satire of such evil scholars, says:

“If you wish to see a model of the Jews, then look at the evil scholars among those who seek the world, who have become accustomed to blind following (taqlid) of the predecessors, have turned away from the clear texts of the Book and the Sunnah, and have clung to the profundity, severity, and preferences of a particular scholar. Thus, they have turned away from the words of the infallible Lawgiver (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) and have held onto fabricated ahadith and corrupt interpretations, as if they themselves are (the same as the Jewish scholars).” (Al-Fawz al-Kabir, pp. 26, 27; Arabic on the margin of Safar al-Sa‘adat, published in Egypt)

“That is, O Muslims! If you wish to see the example of the Jews among your own people, then look at those evil scholars who are seekers of the world, for whom blind following of the predecessors has become a habit, and who have turned away from the clear texts of the Qur’an and Hadith. They have made the profundity, severity, and preferences of a particular scholar their document of authority. Thus, they have turned away from the words of the infallible and error-free Lawgiver (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) and have taken fabricated and artificial narrations, as well as deficient and false interpretations, as their evidence.

In reality, these evil scholars are the very models of the Jewish scholars.”

Hadith Commentary:
(1)
In one narration, it is mentioned that the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam said to Hassan radi Allahu anhu on the day of Qurayzah:
"Satirize the polytheists, for Jibril alayhis salam is with you."
(Sahih al-Bukhari, al-Maghazi, Hadith: 4123)

(2)
The commentator of Sahih al-Bukhari, Ibn Battal, has said that when the disbelievers and polytheists revile the Muslims, then satirizing them is the most virtuous deed at that time.
The statement of the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam:
"O Allah! Help Hassan."
—this is sufficient to demonstrate the honor of this deed and the one who performs it.
Allah, the Exalted, helps those who defend the Muslims on such occasions.

(3)
From these ahadith, it is established that composing poetry in support of Islam and in condemnation of disbelief is a means of attaining the pleasure of Allah, the Exalted, and the approval of the Messenger of Allah sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
And Allah knows best.
