Hadith 3180

Narrated Sa`id: Abu Huraira once said (to the people), "What will your state be when you can get no Dinar or Dirhan (i.e. taxes from the Dhimmis)?" on that someone asked him, "What makes you know that this state will take place, O Abu- Hu raira?" He said, "By Him in Whose Hands Abu Huraira's life is, I know it through the statement of the true and truly inspired one (i.e. the Prophet)." The people asked, "What does the Statement say?" He replied, "Allah and His Apostle's asylum granted to Dhimmis, i.e. non-Muslims living in a Muslim territory) will be outraged, and so Allah will make the hearts of these Dhimmis so daring that they will refuse to pay the Jizya they will be supposed to pay."

Hadith Commentary:
Here too, the objective of the chapter is achieved in that when Muslims make a covenant with the dhimmi people and then violate it and begin to oppress the dhimmis, Allah, the Exalted, will make the dhimmis hard-hearted and they will stop paying the jizya (tax on non-Muslim subjects).
It is thus understood that any peace treaty or agreement made with non-Muslims must be observed and upheld until the very end.

Hadith Commentary:

This means that Muslims will break their covenants with the dhimmis (non-Muslim citizens under Muslim protection) and will commit acts of oppression and violence against them, so those people will refrain from obedience and from paying the jizya (tax levied on dhimmis). Accordingly, Hafiz Ibn Hajar rahimahullah writes:
This dishonoring includes every kind of injustice and oppression due to which the dhimmis will refrain from paying the jizya.
There is a narration in Sahih Muslim:
Cash and grain will be withheld from the people of Iraq.
(Sahih Muslim, Al-Fitan, Hadith: 7315(2913))

In the present era, Muslims are facing similar circumstances in that they broke the covenants and pledges of Allah and His Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and as a result of this betrayal, they have suffered severe losses.
Now, far from collecting jizya from the disbelievers, rather, on the contrary, the global thug America is collecting taxes from the Muslims and imposing economic sanctions on them, as if it has made the Muslim governments into the maidservants of its own household.
