Narrated Ibn Shihab Az-Zuhri: Anas bin Malik said, "When the emigrants came Medina, they had nothing whereas the Ansar had land and property. The Ansar gave them their land on condition that the emigrants would give them half the yearly yield and work on the land and provide the necessaries for cultivation." His (i.e. Anas's mother who was also the mother of `Abdullah bin Abu Talha, gave some date-palms to Allah' Apostle who gave them to his freed slave-girl (Um Aiman) who was also the mother of Usama bin Zaid. When the Prophet finished from the fighting against the people of Khaibar and returned to Medina, the emigrants returned to the Ansar the fruit gifts which the Ansar had given them. The Prophet also returned to Anas's mother the date-palms. Allah's Apostle gave Um Aiman other trees from his garden in lieu of the old gift.

Hadith Commentary:
That is, instead of "min ha'itihi" in this narration, it is "min khalisihi."
In the narration of Imam Muslim rahimahullah, it is stated that a man used to give some date palm trees from his land to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.
When the properties of Banu Qurayzah and Banu Nadir came into the possession of the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he returned that man's trees to him.
Anas radi Allahu anhu said: My relatives said to me, "Go to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam and ask for all or some of the trees which we had given to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam to be returned."
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam had given those trees to Umm Ayman, his nurse.
When I went to the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, he gave those trees to me.
Umm Ayman came and clung to my neck, saying, "I will never give you those trees."
The Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam began to explain to her.
He said, "Umm Ayman, take as many trees in exchange for them."
She kept saying, "I will never take them, by Allah, besides whom there is no true deity."
Until the Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam agreed to give her ten counted trees in exchange for them (Wahidi).

Hadith Commentary:
(1)
When the Muslims migrated to Madinah Tayyibah, the Ansar generously offered, "O Messenger of Allah! Distribute our lands and our gardens among the Muhajirun (emigrants)." However, the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) did not permit this. Eventually, it was decided that the Muhajirun would work in the gardens and the fruits, etc., would be divided among them.

(2)
In Sahih Muslim, there is further clarification that a person used to give the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) the fruit of a few trees from his orchard. When the gardens of Banu Qurayzah and Banu Nadir came under your possession, you returned the trees that had been given by others.
(Sahih Muslim, al-Jihad, Hadith: 4604(1771))

Hazrat Anas (radi Allahu anhu) says:
My relatives sent me to the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) so that I too could demand the return of those trees which they had given to you.

Since you had given those trees to Umm Ayman (radi Allahu anha), when the trees were returned, Umm Ayman (radi Allahu anha) came and, expressing displeasure, said, "I will not return those trees to you." Eventually, the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) pleased her by giving her ten times as many trees.
(Fath al-Bari: 301/5)

According to the narration of Ahmad ibn Shabib, the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) granted trees to Umm Ayman (radi Allahu anha) from his special share.

There is no contradiction between these two narrations.
