كتاب جزاء الصيدThe Book of Penalty For Hunting
بَابُ مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ:Chapter. (What kind of) animals can be killed by a Muhrim.
Hadith 1827

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ .
(Second chain) And Imam Malik narrated from Abdullah bin Dinar, who narrated from Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said (as mentioned above).
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، يَقُولُ : " حَدَّثَتْنِي إِحْدَى نِسْوَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ " .
One of the wives of the Prophet narrated: The Prophet said, "A Muhrim can kill (five kinds of animals.)"
