Hadith Commentary:
In the narration of Ibn Abi Hatim, there is an additional detail.
Then Allah, the Exalted, revealed this verse: ﴿فَأَما مَن أعطی واتقی﴾ up to the end. And the reason for mentioning this narration in the chapter under this verse has also become clear.

Hadith Commentary:
(1)
At the end of one narration, there is an addition that then Allah, the Exalted, revealed (the verses mentioned in the chapter).
Imam Bukhari rahimahullah has also likely referenced these verses in the chapter heading in order to indicate the reason for their revelation (sabab al-nuzul).
From this, it is understood that Allah, the Exalted, grants a replacement in this world to the one who spends (in His cause), just as Allah, the Exalted, has said in another place:
﴿وَمَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ يُخْلِفُهُ ۖ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ ﴿٣٩﴾) (Saba 39: 34)
“Whatever you spend of anything, He will replace it, and He is the best of providers.”
(2)
It is also understood from this hadith that the miser is deserving of the destruction of his wealth, because he acts with miserliness in fulfilling obligatory duties.
