Hadith 997
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّوْرَقِيُّ ، وَزِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، قَالا : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : أنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا يَقْضِ الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a judge is in a state of anger, he should not decide between two people.
