Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man walking supported by his sons, so he asked: What is this? They said: He has vowed to walk to the House of Allah (the Ka‘bah). The Prophet said: Allah is free of need that this man should put himself in hardship because of this vow. So he ordered him to ride.
