حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْعَطَّارُ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ، وَزَادَ: فَقَالَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَهَلْ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ تَرَى مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ إِنَّ النِّسَاءَ شَقَائِقُ الرِّجَالِ».
This narration is also reported through this chain, and there is this addition in it: Sayyida Umm Sulaym (may Allah be pleased with her) asked: O Messenger of Allah! If a woman sees this (i.e., experiences a wet dream), is ghusl (ritual bath) also obligatory for her? He replied: Yes! Women are the counterparts of men.
