Hadith 841
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ ، قَالَ : ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ ، قَالَ : أنا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَمَرَ بِالاقْتِصَاصِ مِنَ السِّنِّ ، وَقَالَ : كِتَابُ اللَّهِ الْقِصَاصُ " .
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered retaliation for a tooth and said: The command of retaliation is in the Book of Allah.
