Hadith 83
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ بَكْرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ بَكْرٌ: وَقَدْ سَمِعْنَاهُ مِنِ ابْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، «أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَوَضَّأَ وَمَسَحَ عَلَى نَاصِيَتِهِ وَعَلَى الْعِمَامَةِ وَعَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ».
Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed ablution, he wiped over the hair of his forehead, his turban, and his leather socks.
