باب حد الزاني البكر والثيبPunishment for fornicator, married and unmarried
Hadith 817
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : ثني اللَّيْثُ ، قَالَ : ثني يُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : أَنِي أَبُو أُمَامَةَ بْنُ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ ، أَنَّهُ اشْتَكَى رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ حَتَّى أَضْوَى فَعَادَ جِلْدُهُ عَلَى عَظْمٍ ، فَدَخَلَتْ جَارِيَةٌ لِبَعْضِهِمْ فَهَشَّ إِلَيْهَا فَوَقَعَ عَلَيْهَا ، فَلَمَّا دَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ رِجَالٌ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ يَعُودُونَهُ أَخْبَرَهُمْ بِذَلِكَ ، وَقَالَ : اسْتَفْتُوا لِي رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَإِنِّي قَدْ وَقَعْتُ عَلَى جَارِيَةٍ دَخَلَتْ عَلَيَّ ، فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالُوا : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مَا رَأَيْنَا بِأَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ مِنَ الضُّرِّ مثل الَّذِي هُوَ بِهِ لَوْ حَمَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لَتَفَسَّخَتْ عِظَامُهُ ، مَا هُوَ إِلا جِلْدٌ عَلَى عَظْمٍ ، " فَأَمَرَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِائَةِ شِمْرَاخٍ فَيَضْرِبُونَهُ ضَرْبَةً وَاحِدَةً " .
Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunayf narrates that an Ansari companion informed him that one of them became ill until he became so weak that he was reduced to a skeleton. A slave girl went to him, and he became cheerful and happy with her, and he had intercourse with her. When his people went to visit him, he told them about this (intercourse) and said to them: Ask the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) about me, for a slave girl came to me and I ended up having intercourse with her. They mentioned this to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and said: We have not seen anyone with such an illness as he has. If we were to carry him to you, his bones would break apart; he is only skin and bone. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ordered them to take one hundred thin branches and strike him once with them.
