باب حد الزاني البكر والثيبPunishment for fornicator, married and unmarried
Hadith 813
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أنا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنَّ رَجُلا مِنْ أَسْلَمَ جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاعْتَرَفَ عِنْدَهُ بِالزِّنَا ، ثُمَّ اعْتَرَفَ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ ، ثُمَّ اعْتَرَفَ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ ، حَتَّى شَهِدَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ أَرْبَعَ مَرَّاتٍ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَبِكَ جُنُونٌ ؟ قَالَ : لا ، قَالَ : أَحْصَنْتَ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ ، قَالَ : فَأَمَرَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَرُجِمَ بِالْمُصَلَّى ، فَلَمَّا أَذْلَقَتْهُ الْحِجَارَةُ فَرَّ ، فَأُدْرِكَ فَرُجِمَ حَتَّى مَاتَ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : خَيْرًا وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that a man from the tribe of Aslam came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and confessed to committing adultery. Then he confessed again, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) turned his face away. He confessed again, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) turned his face away again, until he testified against himself four times. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him: "Are you insane?" He replied, "No!" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Are you married?" He replied, "Yes!" Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the order regarding him, so he was stoned to death at the Eid prayer ground. When the stones caused him pain, he ran away, but he was caught and stoned to death until he died. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) expressed good thoughts about him but did not perform his funeral prayer.
