Hadith 795
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، قَالَ : أَوَّلُ مَا رَأَيْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ فَحَدَّثَنِي ، قَالَ : ثني سَعِيدٌ ، وَأَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " ، قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ : وَحَدَّثَنَا بِهِ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى ، فَلَمْ يَقُلْ فِيهِ : وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no blood money for wounds caused by animals, no blood money for one who dies by falling into a well, no blood money for one who dies by falling into a mine, and there is a fifth (khums) in buried treasure (rikaz).
