Hadith 791
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِذَا اطَّلَعَ عَلَيْكَ رَجُلٌ فِي بَيْتِكَ فَرَمَيْتَهُ بِحَصَاةٍ فَفَقَأْتَ عَيْنَهُ ، لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَيْكَ جُنَاحٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a man peeps into your house and you throw a pebble at him and put out his eye, there is no sin upon you.
