Hadith 790
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ : أنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، قَالَ : ثني أَبِي ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنِ اطَّلَعَ فِي بَيْتِ نَاسٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ فَفَقَئُوا عَيْنَهُ ، فَلا دِيَةَ لَهُ وَلا قِصَاصَ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever peeps into people's houses without permission and they gouge out his eye, there will be neither blood money nor retaliation for him.
