Hadith 786
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، قَالَ : أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أنا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَضَى فِي الْمُوضِحَةِ بِخَمْسٍ مِنَ الإِبِلِ ، وَفِي الْمَأْمُومَةِ بِثُلُثِ الدِّيَةِ " .
Sayyiduna Muhammad bin Amr bin Hazm reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled that for a wound exposing the bone (mudiha), five camels are to be given, and for a head wound reaching the brain (ma’mumah), one third of the blood money is to be given.
