Hadith 783
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، قَالَ : ثنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " هَذِهِ وَهَذِهِ سَوَاءٌ ، وَهَذِهِ وَهَذِهِ سَوَاءٌ الْخِنْصَرُ وَالإِبْهَامُ ، وَالضِّرْسُ وَالثَنِيةُ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: This and this, meaning the thumb and the little finger, are equal; this and this, meaning the molar and the front tooth, are equal (in blood money).
