Hadith 683
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، قَالَ : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا ، أَنَّ امْرَأَةَ رِفَاعَةَ جَاءَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنَّ رِفَاعَةَ طَلَّقَنِي طَلاقًا بِنْتُ مِنْهُ ، وَإِنِّي تَزَوَّجْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَإِنَّهُ عَلَيْهِ مثل هُدْبَةِ الثَّوْبِ ، فَتَبَسَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَقَالَ : " أَتُرِيدِينَ أَنْ تَرْجِعِي إِلَى رِفَاعَةَ ؟ لا ، حَتَّى يَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَكِ وَتَذُوقِي عُسَيْلَتَهُ " .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the wife of Rifa’ah came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: Rifa’ah has divorced me in such a way that I have become separated from him, and I have married Abdur Rahman bin Zubair, but his organ is like the fringe of a garment. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled and said: Do you want to return to Rifa’ah? You cannot do so until he tastes your sweetness and you taste his.
