باب ما جاء في الرباUsury
Hadith 646
حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، قَالَ : ثنا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : ثنا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَعَنْ آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُؤْكِلَهُ وَكَاتِبَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهَ ، وَقَالَ : هُمْ سَوَاءٌ " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, the one who writes it down, and both of its witnesses, and said: "They are all equal (in sin)."
