باب المبايعات المنهي عنها من الغرر وغيرهProhibited sales involving risk and others
Hadith 593
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ ، قَالَ : ثنا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ سَيَّارٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا تَبَايَعُوا بِإِلْقَاءِ الْحَصَى ، وَلا تَنَاجَشُوا ، وَلا تَبَايَعُوا بِالْمُلامَسَةِ ، وَمَنِ اشْتَرَى مِنْكُمْ مُحَفَّلَةً فَكَرِهَهَا فَلْيَرُدَّهَا وَلْيَرُدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ " .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not sell by throwing pebbles, do not deceive (i.e., do not artificially raise the price to deceive), and do not sell by mulamasa (i.e., by merely touching). Whoever buys such an animal whose milk has been withheld (to deceive), and he dislikes it, then he should return it and give along with it one sa’ of grain."
