باب المبايعات المنهي عنها من الغرر وغيرهProhibited sales involving risk and others
Hadith 592
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُقْرِئِ ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ ، قَالا : ثنا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ اللَّيْثِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ وَعَنْ لِبْسَتَيْنِ ، فَأَمَّا الْبَيْعَتَانِ : فَالْمُلامَسَةُ ، وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ ، وَأَمَّا اللِّبْسَتَانِ : فَاشْتِمَالُ الصَّمَّاءِ ، وَالاحْتِبَاءُ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ لَيْسَ عَلَى فَرْجِهِ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ " .
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade two types of sales: mulamasah and munabadah, and forbade two types of clothing: ishtimal as-samma' and wrapping oneself with a single garment in such a way that the private parts are not covered.
