Hadith 591

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى الطَّبَّاعُ ، قَالَ : أنا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale of a fetus.
