Hadith 589
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ ، قَالَ : ثنا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : " اشْتَرَى مِنِّي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعِيرًا فَوَزَنَ لِي ثَمَنَهُ وَأَرْجَحَ لِي " .
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) bought a camel from me, and he (peace be upon him) paid me its price by weighing it out and giving it in full.
