Hadith 582
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ نَافِعِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ثَمَنِ عَسِيبِ الْفَحْلِ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade taking payment for the mating of a male animal.
